The CA Intermediate exam<\/strong> is the 2nd<\/sup> step in making that Chartered Accountancy<\/a><\/strong> dream of yours come true after clearing the CA Foundation exam. The Integrated Professional Course has been replaced by CA Intermediate from July 2017. In this blog, you can find all the necessary information about the CA Intermediate study materials for the CA Intermediate course<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ICAI has allocated 8 months of study time for the CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>. Then syllabus of the CA Intermediate Examination<\/strong> is divided into two groups of 4 subjects each. Candidates can prepare for both the groups at once or prepare one group at a time. Before starting to prepare for the CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>, you will need to know about the study materials and books needed for CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To prepare for the CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>, you will need to go through the study materials provided by ICAI, which has published CA Intermediate study materials<\/strong> that cover all the topics on the CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>. Click here<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>to check out the study material provided by ICAI.  Apart from study material, they also provide questions for practice, revision test papers, mock test papers, references for quick revision, question papers, and suggested answers. The materials provided by ICAI are sufficient to crack the CA Intermediate course<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Study materials for the CA Intermediate old syllabus well as for the CA Intermediate new syllabus are given on the ICAI website. Candidates who registered for CA Intermediate exam before July 2023 have to write the old syllabus and those after July 2023 will have to appear for the CA Intermediate syllabus<\/strong><\/a> for the examination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to download CA Intermediate study material and books from ICAI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Candidates, who have registered with ICAI for the CA Intermediate exam<\/strong>, can order the books for free. Register with ICAI using the link<\/a><\/strong>. Even those who have not registered can avail the CA Intermediate study materials and the book pdf from the official website of ICAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to download CA Intermediate study materials from ICAI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Visit the official website of ICAI<\/a><\/strong> and head over to the Student Tab then click on \u201cBoS Knowledge Portal\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Under the New Scheme of Education and Training, click on \u201cCA Intermediate course<\/strong><\/a>\u201c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. A new page will appear with the list of papers. Click on the required paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Head over to the new page and select \u201cCA Intermediate Study Materials\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A list containing the chapter-wise topics will be available. Download the pdf after selecting the required topic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Steps to download books from ICAI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Visit the Website of ICAI<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Registered users can \u201cSign in\u201d with their SRN or Mobile number along with DOB. Click on \u201cSign Up\u201d and register if you are a new user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Head over to \u201cStudent Course kit\u201d and click on \u201cOrder now\u201d. A new page will appear. Select the required books using the \u201cCategory Filter\u201d provided on the left side of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select Study material against registration (New course) if you have registered with BoS. If not, select Study material for Sale (All course).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click on \u201cIntermediate\u201d in the category and choose between English or Hindi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Head over to the new page and select the required books and add them to the cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Registered users can place the order without any payment. Non-registered users can proceed to pay for their order and delivery will be made within 12 working days by tracking the AWB number given while placing the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
